Stop Chasing Updates. Start Moving Forward.

Let’s be honest: managing a complex project often feels a bit like herding cats. You’ve got context scattered across three chat apps, a graveyard of email threads, and that one document whose link nobody can find.

At Ripple, we reckon tech should give you time back, not create more admin. That’s why we’ve built a workspace that replaces the noise with clarity.

The Single Source of Truth

We don’t believe in silos. In Ripple, you group your Jams, Tasks, and Notes into dedicated Channels. This creates a single home base for every initiative. Whether you’re launching a marketing campaign or running an engineering sprint, everyone knows exactly where to look.

How it works in practice:

  • Campaign Launches: Stop drowning in “v7_FINAL.pdf” emails. Create a Channel for the launch. Use a Jam to share the creative brief and post video updates. Stakeholders review assets on their own time, and you track the deliverables via Tasks.

  • Sprint Planning: Move the daily stand-up to a recurring Jam. Developers post a quick 3-minute video on what’s blocking them. The team sorts it out asynchronously, so you don’t need a live meeting just to say “I’m still working on the API.”

  • Breaking down the silos: When Marketing needs to coordinate with Engineering, things usually get lost in translation. In Ripple, you create a shared Channel for the project. Engineers can post a Jam demoing the new feature (no technical jargon required), and Marketing can ask questions in the comments. You keep the master plan in a shared Note, ensuring both teams are moving in the same direction without constant “sync” meetings.

Less mess, more progress. That’s the goal.
