Structure without the stress

We all know the feeling. You’re trying to keep track of your daily to-dos, keep an eye on weekly goals, and move big team projects forward — all at the same time. It’s a lot of plates to keep spinning.

At Ripple, we believe staying on top of your work shouldn’t feel like a chore. That’s why we designed our Tasks and Boards features to give you a calm, organised way to see exactly what’s on your plate.

Here’s how you can use Ripple to bring a bit more structure (and a lot less stress) to your workday.

Focus on what matters

When everything is screaming for attention, nothing gets done. We’ve designed the Tasks section to help you cut through the noise by clearly separating your work into three simple buckets:

Inbox: This is where new items land when they first hit your plate.

To-Do: The home for the specific tasks assigned to you that are ready for action.

Completed: A place to track the items you’ve already finished (because ticking things off feels good).

This approach makes it easy to see exactly what needs your attention right now, without getting lost in the clutter.

Visualise your workflow with Boards

Sometimes a list just doesn’t cut it. When you need to see how work is actually progressing, Boards offer a simple, visual way to track the flow.

Whether you are managing one project or juggling multiple workstreams, you can create boards that break your workflow down into three clear columns:

Backlog: For the things you know you need to get to eventually.

In Progress: For what you’re tackling right now.

On Hold: For the tasks that are paused or waiting on input.

It’s perfect for that morning coffee check-in. You can jump into your board and get an instant snapshot of your workload before the day really kicks off.

Flexible control (without the admin headache)

We know that priorities shift fast. That’s why we made it easy to drag tasks between columns whenever things change.

And if you need to dig a little deeper, just click the vertical ellipsis on any task card to find helpful options:

  • Edit the task details.
  • Archive it if it’s no longer needed.
  • View History to see exactly who updated it and when.

It’s all about giving you structure without the stress. With Ripple, everything has a place, making it easy to find your flow and know exactly where your work stands.
